Visiting Angels director Jeffrey Johnson is a social worker who started a care giving agency from his home in Baltimore, MD in 1991. His depth of experience in services to the elderly far surpasses that of most other home care franchise companies (dating back to the 1980s). By 1998, his business had serviced more than 1,000 clients and achieved annual revenues of $1.5 million! Through this experience, Visiting Angels put the "Care" back in Homecare. On-going support
We offer an extensive training program that includes more than 2,000 pages of home care training manuals (including our Marketing & Advertising Training Manual). Our headquarters staff is available everyday to answer your questions on our toll-free number. We have 10 directors with experience in home care and related fields dating as far as the 1980s. All logos, artwork, marketing strategies and print ready advertisements are provided within our proven franchisee startup package (includes more than 300 proprietary marketing pieces). We issue newsletters and conduct regional "refresher" meetings throughout the year, and offer expert guest workshops at our annual conferences.
